Job Description

The Website Content Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring Quadient's digital presence reflects our brand, drives engagement, and supports business growth.


As part of the Digital Experience team, and under the management of the Editor-in-Chief, you will be responsible for editing, creating, and optimizing web content across Quadient.com. Working closely with Digital Experience, E-Commerce, Strategic Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing teams, you will ensure our website content is consistent, engaging, and performance driven.


This role requires a strong editorial background, CMS proficiency, proven B2B SaaS experience, and the ability to translate strategic goals into compelling digital content that improves discoverability, conversion, and user experience.

Your role in our future



Manage day-to-day updates, edits, and maintenance of Quadient.com, ensuring all content is accurate, accessible, brand-compliant, and up to date. Review, edit, and approve web content created by internal teams and external contributors, enforcing editorial guidelines and tone of voice standards. Maintain consistency across global and local websites and ensure adherence to corporate style, SEO best practices, and accessibility standards. Develop original, high-quality, and SEO-optimized content to improve website visibility, global search performance (SEO and AEO), and conversion rates and assist global teams with the production of webpages fitting their needs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-centric web content. Leverage generative AI and creative tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, AI content platforms) to enhance visual and written content. Ensure web content is optimized for different devices, user journeys, and localization needs in key markets. Partner with SEO, AEO, E-Commerce, Strategic Marketing, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to align website content with business objectives. * Lead and coordinate content-related projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
