• Collaborating with social workers, educators, healthcare professionals, and law enforcement to ensure comprehensive support for children and families.
• Monitoring and reviewing cases to ensure compliance with child protection policies and legislation.
• Providing guidance and support to professionals in understanding child protection issues and best practices.
• Facilitating training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills within the team.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

• A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work) and registration with the relevant professional body.
• Significant experience in child protection, safeguarding, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
