Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to join our team at LSG. In this role, you will oversee all production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to GMP quality standards. Your leadership will be vital in driving continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing our production processes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GMP Production Manager, located in Sandy. The GMP Production Manager will oversee daily operations of all the LSG production process, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage production schedules, and maintain quality control. The role includes coordinating with different departments, training staff, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

Experience in GMP production management and regulatory compliance Skills in production scheduling, quality control, and process improvement Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various departments Technical expertise in life science production and understanding of industry standards Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field Previous experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
