Job Description

We are seeking a

GoHighLevel Specialist

to manage, build, and optimise our CRM, automations, and lead-handling systems. This role is critical to ensuring leads are captured, nurtured, booked, and tracked efficiently across multiple channels including Facebook Lead Forms, websites, WhatsApp, SMS, email, and calendars.

You will be responsible for

turning leads into opportunities

, maintaining clean pipelines, and ensuring our automation systems run smoothly with minimal manual intervention.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM & Pipeline Management

Set up and manage

pipelines and opportunities

in GoHighLevel Ensure all leads are correctly populated into pipelines from: Facebook & Instagram Lead Forms Website forms WhatsApp & SMS Manual imports and API connections Maintain clean contact records, tags, and custom fields
Automation & Workflows

Build and manage

GHL workflows

including: Lead capture ? opportunity creation Automated SMS, WhatsApp, email follow-ups Missed-call text back Lead reactivation campaigns Create logic-based automations using: Triggers, conditions, wait steps, and actions Troubleshoot broken or underperforming automations
Integrations & Tracking

Connect and manage integrations including: Facebook Lead Ads Calendars (Google / Outlook) Zoom or Google Meet Stripe / payment links (where required) Ensure lead source tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate
Booking & Sales Enablement

Set up

appointment calendars

and booking flows Configure round-robin booking and availability rules Ensure bookings automatically create or update opportunities Support sales teams with pipeline visibility and reporting
AI, Chat & Messaging (Bonus)

Configure GHL AI chatbots and conversation flows Set up auto-responses for WhatsApp, SMS, and web chat Train AI using knowledge bases where required
Required Skills & ExperienceEssential

Proven experience using

GoHighLevel (GHL)

Strong understanding of: Pipelines & opportunities Workflows & automation logic Tags, custom fields, triggers, and conditions Experience handling

lead generation businesses

Ability to map business processes into CRM automations
Desirable

Experience with: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Lead Forms) WhatsApp automation Sales funnels & lead nurturing AI chatbots inside GHL Knowledge of UK-based service businesses or agencies

Highly organised and process-driven Comfortable working independently Commercially minded - understands sales, not just tech Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting skills Can explain systems clearly to non-technical team members
Nice-to-Have Certifications

GoHighLevel Certification CRM / Marketing Automation Certification
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Work Location: In person
