Set up and manage
pipelines and opportunities
in GoHighLevel
Ensure all leads are correctly populated into pipelines from:
Facebook & Instagram Lead Forms
Website forms
WhatsApp & SMS
Manual imports and API connections
Maintain clean contact records, tags, and custom fields
Automation & Workflows
Build and manage
GHL workflows
including:
Lead capture ? opportunity creation
Automated SMS, WhatsApp, email follow-ups
Missed-call text back
Lead reactivation campaigns
Create logic-based automations using:
Triggers, conditions, wait steps, and actions
Troubleshoot broken or underperforming automations
Integrations & Tracking
Connect and manage integrations including:
Facebook Lead Ads
Calendars (Google / Outlook)
Zoom or Google Meet
Stripe / payment links (where required)
Ensure lead source tracking, attribution, and reporting are accurate
Booking & Sales Enablement
Set up
appointment calendars
and booking flows
Configure round-robin booking and availability rules
Ensure bookings automatically create or update opportunities
Support sales teams with pipeline visibility and reporting
AI, Chat & Messaging (Bonus)
Configure GHL AI chatbots and conversation flows
Set up auto-responses for WhatsApp, SMS, and web chat
Train AI using knowledge bases where required
