new venue in Canary Wharf

! We are looking for

full-time Golf Advisors

to be the welcoming face of our venue, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

The Role:

As a

Golf Advisor

, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for greeting, demonstrating our world class Golf Similulators and taking Food & Beverage orders.. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and providing outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests

and assist with check-ins. Manage

Bay Timings

efficiently. Handle

Golf Related questions and provide guidance

with a professional manner. Assist with

F&B Delivery to our Golf B ays

and ensure a smooth guest flow. Provide

World Class Hospitality to our Members

. Know our members by name, enhance their experience and provide tailored service to their needs Work closely with the reception and management team to

enhance the guest experience

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous hospitality experience

Skills: Golf Knowledge. Confident in technique and able to hold conversation with guests regarding Golf. Working with the PGA Pro on site to learn and develop Golf Skills of our members

Excellent

communication and customer service

skills. Strong

organization and multitasking

abilities. A professional and

friendly demeanor

with a welcoming presence.

Personality:

Outgoing, positive, and confident in guest interactions.

Availability:

Full-time role with

immediate start

- flexibility for evenings and weekends preferred.
