Position Summary
We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic full-time Golf Centre Assistant to join our team. You'll be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the golf centre, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You'll be based in our Clubhouse and will be required to serve food and drink to golf centre customers, as well as dealing with all golf centre-related enquiries..
The shifts are
Monday - Thursday 09.30 - 16.30
Friday 09.30 - 18.00
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner when checking golfers in for their bookings.
Take payment for golf-related products and services and food and beverage orders
Serving food and beverages to golf centre customers.
maintain the driving range and practice areas as required
Adhere to all safety and health regulations
Qualifications
Previous cafe bar experience in the golf industry or hospitality is preferred but not required
Excellent customer service skills
Highly motivated and good problem solver
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Suit someone over the age of 21
