, where you'll welcome guests to the Golf Course and help them make the most of their visit with friendly service and useful golf essentials!



We are seeking an organised, personable Golf Course Receptionist to manage guest bookings, share information on golf and activities. If you enjoy a guest-facing role and have a flair for service and sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth start to their golf experience. Promote and sell golf essentials. Provide information on golf & activities schedules, safety rules, and available amenities. Maintain an organised, welcoming reception area, contributing to a clean and safe environment. Monitor bookings and to maintain a safe and enjoyable setting for all guests.

Requirements

Experience in a customer service or sales role is beneficial. Friendly, confident communicator comfortable with promoting products to guests. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, family-friendly environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
