Are you passionate about golf and providing outstanding customer service? Join the team at Hobbs Cross Golf Centre, where we're committed to delivering an excellent golf experience for players of all levels and ages, along with supporting our local community.
AM / PM shifts, weekends on a rota system plus flexibility to cover weekday shifts when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Golf Operations
Assist in the day-to-day running of golf operations, reception, green fee and ancillary sales.
Help maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere for all our golfers.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Work closely with the Golf Operations Manager, the wider reception team, golf coaches, and course marshals, to deliver a top-tier service.
Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Be forward thinking and help throughout the clubhouse where needed by being proactive.
Contribute to repeat business by ensuring memorable experiences.
Assist with loyalty card check-ins, renewals, and general enquiries.
Provide friendly and helpful points of contact to all our customers.
Help promote the centre benefits and support efforts to grow the club's customer base.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a golf environment - (essential)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.30 per hour
