About the role

This role is an essential part of the day to day operations of our business.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide customers with technical advice on golf club repairs, customisation and custom builds. Carry out all workshop services to an exceptional standard. Process customer payments using the POS system, including handling cash, card, and contactless transactions. Keeping inventory levels accurate and placing orders with suppliers. Ensuring the workshop remains clean, well-organised, and compliant with health and safety requirements. Contacting customers regarding their orders.

Key Skills & Attributes

Meticulous and has a very keen eye for detail. Excellent verbal communication and customer interaction abilities. Skilled in using point-of-sale systems and basic IT troubleshooting. Organised, efficient and methodical. A fast learner with the ability to remain task focused.

Experience

Strong golf product knowledge is essential. Previous experience in using I.T systems preferred. Experience in golf club assembly is preferred but not required.

Training

Appropriate and in-depth training will be provided in relevant areas of the business surrounding key responsibilities.
