Job Introduction
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Goods In Administrator to join our warehouse team at our new distribution centre, located at Omega Business Park off Junction 8 of the M62. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all stock is accurately checked in and receipted against supplier purchase orders. You will verify that products match the quantities and specifications outlined in the orders, checking for any discrepancies or damage, and reporting issues promptly. Your work will ensure accurate inventory levels and prevent errors that could affect order fulfilment.
Additionally, you will support the overall Goods In operation by working closely with logistics, procurement, and stock control teams. You will assist in organising stock efficiently, ensuring items are stored correctly to optimise space and minimise errors. Strong communication skills are essential for resolving issues with suppliers and internal teams. This fast-paced role requires excellent time management and adaptability.
