This is a full-time, fixed-term role running until

31st July 2026

12-hour shifts

on an

any 5 from 7

basis. The role follows a

3-week rotating shift pattern

:

Week 1:

Days (06:00-18:00, Mon-Fri)

Week 2:

Nights (18:00-06:00, Sun-Tue)

Week 3:

Nights (18:00-06:00, Wed-Fri)

This rota totals

186 shifts per year

and includes both day and night work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone comfortable with a dynamic shift pattern, looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What you will do on a typical day:

Putaway pallets

into warehouse racking from Goods Inwards

Unload and tip trailers

, managing incoming stock efficiently

Operate conveyor systems

to unload and retrieve pallets

Replenish stock

across pick locations Support with

general warehouse duties

, including housekeeping, stock checks, and assisting other departments

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Valid

Forklift Truck (FLT) license

- Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck preferred Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to follow health & safety guidelines and standard operating procedures Good attention to detail and strong teamwork skills Flexibility to adapt to different tasks and areas as needed.
