Based in Wotton, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 16:30
Azenta Life Sciences, specialises in the design, manufacture and marketing of consumables and bench top instrumentation for the life sciences industry.
Developing a range of innovative products for PCR & sequencing, imaging, plate sealing, liquid handling, forensic and NGS sample processing.
Responsibilities:
Manage and enter data for goods received Checking deliveries against order forms Labelling of products Assigning stock in required locations Perform physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment Performs a variety of coordinating, routing and material handling duties. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment.
Skills and Aptitude Profile:
Previous experience working within Goods In FLT licence is essential Strong organisational and time management skills Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible individual (adapt to differing situations) Computer literate with the ability to input and retrieve Full UK driving Licence due to the location of the site Good level of written and verbal communication skills
