Are you an experienced warehouse leader with a passion for getting things right first time? We're looking for a

Goods In Team Leader

to join our Operations team in Witham.


In this role, you'll lead the

Goods In function

, ensuring all deliveries are received, checked, and processed accurately and efficiently. You'll play a key part in keeping our supply chain running smoothly, maintaining high standards of stock integrity and compliance.

What you'll do:

Oversee all inbound deliveries, ensuring accurate checking, reporting, and documentation of stock. Schedule and manage Goods In workflow, allocating resources to meet operational needs. Ensure correct stock rotation and reporting of any short-dated goods in line with company procedures. Lead, train, and motivate your team to deliver high performance in a safe, positive environment. Monitor discrepancies, liaise with suppliers, and ensure issues are resolved quickly. Promote a culture of compliance, carrying out daily equipment and health & safety checks.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in Goods In, stock handling, or warehouse operations (regulated/controlled environments a plus). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Great attention to detail and a methodical approach. IT confidence (Excel and warehouse systems). Knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is desirable.
