THE ROLE:



Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the inbound and outbound of goods, liaising with transport companies and couriers and updating the software system on all contracts.

KEY REPONSIBILITIES



Oversee the dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and timely departures

Distribute internal stock to relevant departments efficiently

Liaise with customers to provide updates on delivery timelines

Communicate professionally with suppliers and drivers

Follow and enforce health & safety procedures in the dispatch area

Collaborate with other departments to support smooth warehouse operations

Manage your own workload effectively, especially during busy periods

Maintain clear and accurate records using PC-based systems

Provide support during quiet periods with ad hoc tasks as required

Recording details and data accurately for each contract to maintain impeccable records

REQUIREMENTS:



Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or goods in/out is essential

Confident communicator, both over the phone and via email

Highly organised, with excellent time management skills

Able to work independently after training

Calm and composed under pressure

PC-literate and comfortable using warehouse/stock systems

Flexible with working hours, especially during peak periods

Team-oriented with a hands-on approach to daily tasks

Interest in the Live events/touring industry along with temporary power projects

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support throughout the rental process

Effective communication and people skills.

Detail focussed and excellent organisational skills

Creative thinker with diagnostic problem-solving abilities
