Job Description

MPE Ltd have one vacancy available to work in their Swansea facility as a dedicated goods in/out operator. Working predominantly with stainless steel, the applicant needs to be able to work well within a team setting and on their own. No prior knowledge of working in the metal work industry is needed as full training is given.

The hours of work are 7am - 3pm Monday - Thursday & 7am - 2pm Friday. Overtime opportunities available on occasion.

Rate of pay - 12.24 per hour.

Holiday allowance of 28 days paid leave.

Responsibilities:

-Organising incoming goods in readiness for the production team

- Package finished products for shipment or storage

- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Organise transportation to customers and between MPE facilities

Qualifications:
- No previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is required as full training will be provided
- Proficiency in using basic hand tools
- Basic math skills for measurements and dimensions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
