We are currently seeking a Goods Inwards Administrator to support the smooth running of daily activities across our warehouse and operations departments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in handling documentation, coordinating communications, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is a hands-on administrative role requiring precision, discretion, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Key Responsibilities



Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to either the Warehouse or Inventory focused teams. Prepare and manage documentation, including delivery notes, stock reports, intake logs, and compliance records. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with company policies and MHRA regulations. Act as a central point of contact between internal teams (Warehouse, Goods In, Procurement, QA) to support smooth daily operations. Respond to queries from internal stakeholders and external suppliers professionally and efficiently. Schedule meetings, briefings, and support general team coordination. Accurately input data into internal systems including WMS and Microsoft Office tools. Generate operational reports and assist with data analysis related to inventory, deliveries, or resourcing. Support the creation and updating of SOP documentation and compliance logs. Ensure that all administrative activities meet GDP, MHRA, and internal SOP standards. Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Assist with audit preparation, including document collation and reporting Identify and propose process enhancements for greater administrative efficiency and accuracy. Support department managers with ad hoc projects and operational initiatives. Lead supplier evaluation and selection processes to improve end-to-end performance.

Key Skills



Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally in a logistics, warehouse, or regulated environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks under pressure. A proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Desirable



Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory systems, or supply chain documentation and processes. Experience in a pharmaceutical, FMCG, or MHRA-regulated industry. Working knowledge of WMS or ERP systems.

Pay: Up to 25,396.80 per year
