Why Work With Us?

As CARE ADHD continues to grow, we're looking for a committed and organised Governance and Admin Officer to manage and continuously improve key governance processes while also ensuring the smooth coordination of senior-level meetings, reporting, and compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

As Governance and Admin Officer, you will act as a critical link between the Executive and Senior Leadership team and governance structures. You'll manage and continuously improve key governance processes while also ensuring the smooth coordination of senior-level meetings, reporting, and compliance. Manage the governance calendar, forward-planning cycles, and annual reporting schedules
Act as a key point of contact between SLT and Exec members to support delivery of projects and overall company strategy
Ensure all governance records are compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with CQC and NHS frameworks

Administrative Excellence:

Provide high-level administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), ensuring efficient scheduling, and logistical support for internal and external meetings
Oversee logistics for governance forums and internal meetings, including materials, invitations, and follow-ups
Support delivery of projects and overall company strategy
Help maintain organised digital filing systems and version control across platforms such as SharePoint, Notion, Radar, and Teams
Support the creation and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and reporting formats to ensure consistency and scalability
Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between governance, quality, compliance, and operational delivery to support with SLT and Exec Teams.

To thrive in this role you'll need to:

Skilled Communicator - You're good at explaining things to people in written or verbal communication and you are thoughtful in all of your interactions
Attention to detail - You don't miss a beat when it comes to data entry and written communications
Highly Organised - You know how to stay on top of moving parts and can jump from speaking with a patient on the phone to getting to the bottom of a missing order
Passionate and Driven - You are driven to deliver the best support to our associates and patients
Team Player - you enjoy working collaboratively and learning from your team
Tech-savvy - Proficiency using digital tools and platforms to manage documentation and workflows.
