Government and Politics A-Level Tutor



Key Responsibilities



Deliver Subject Content: Teach core topics such as democracy, political parties, electoral systems, and political theories (e.g., Edexcel syllabus). Develop Skills: Critical Thinking- Analyse political issues objectively. Essay Writing- Build strong, structured arguments with evidence. Analytical Skills- Understand and connect complex political concepts. Personalise Learning: Adapt teaching to individual student needs and learning styles. Exam Preparation: Provide revision strategies and exam practice. Assessment & Feedback: Mark work and give constructive, actionable feedback. Resource Creation: Design engaging learning materials tailored to students.

Key Skills & Qualifications



Strong Academic Background: Degree in Politics, Social Sciences, or a related field. Subject Knowledge: Deep understanding of the A-Level Government & Politics curriculum Communication & Teaching Skills: Clear, engaging, and motivating teaching style for all abilities.
