Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
-Care Navigation- asking questions and making decisions to direct the patient to the appropriate professional
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, emailing and scanning documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide general support to patients, clients, and staff
Skills:
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Previous experience in a medical administrative or clerical role is preferred
