We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and IT proficient.
Duties
Meet and greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Be the first point of contact for patient online messages
Patient registrations and scannning
Other administrative tasks
Qualifications
Previous GP experience or similar administrative role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge of EMIS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effective
