The Green Porch Medical Centre is seeking to appoint a part-time Receptionist to join our Reception team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, data entry, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Skills:
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Hours
25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shifts on a rota basis.
