Job Summary As a Practice Nurse at Purbeck Health Centre, youll be playing a key role in supporting patients with long-term conditions, including managing care for elderly and housebound individuals. Youll be an integral member of a dedicated and supportive multidisciplinary team, ensuring that nursing services are delivered effectively to meet the needs of our diverse patient population. This role requires someone with a genuine passion for patient care, the ability to work independently, and a drive to contribute to the ongoing development of our services. Your responsibilities will span a range of clinical areas, including chronic disease management, health promotion, infection prevention and control, and supporting the practice in clinical policy development.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary Responsibilities: Infection Prevention and Control (IPC): Support the IPC lead by assisting with audits, training, and ensuring compliance with IPC guidelines.
