Job Purpose:



To play a key role in the execution of the company's trade and consumer marketing strategies by supporting campaign development, social media and content initiatives, and influencer marketing programs. The role is responsible for coordinating marketing assets, managing digital activities, maintaining customer and agency relationships, and helping deliver impactful brand experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities



Primary Responsibilities



Social Media & Content Marketing



Maintain and develop Graco's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other approved platforms. Manage the brand's social platforms: monthly content creation, scheduling, paid advertising, influencer/celebrity engagement, and cross-brand collaborations. Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure SEO-optimised copy across content. Develop innovative strategies to communicate brand messaging and campaigns through social channels. Create, edit, and schedule content across all platforms, including high-quality short-form video for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. Manage paid social advertising campaigns. Ensure all social feeds deliver a balanced, engaging mix of content. Create visually compelling inspiration boards and storyboards. Produce innovative video content using video-editing software to showcase products. Monitor and adapt to emerging social media trends, integrating fresh ideas into the content strategy. Track, analyse, and report on social media performance.

Campaign Support



Brief artwork requests to the creative team. Manage the execution of campaign assets with vendors, ensuring all materials are delivered to strict deadlines. Collate performance statistics from customers and media partners. Support the Consumer & Trade Marketing Manager with marketing presentations.

Influencer Marketing



Day-to-day management of the influencer agency, including collaboration selection, content approvals, and post-campaign analysis. Create and manage collaboration briefs for selected products.

Secondary Responsibilities



Conduct market and competitor research, keeping up to date with industry and product developments and identifying new opportunities. Raise product sample requests for social and influencer activity, tracking associated costs. Support the Trade & Consumer Marketing Manager with event management. Carry out any additional duties appropriate to the role, as required by the Line Manager. This role description summarises the key duties but is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.

Skills & Qualifications



Degree in Marketing, Business or related field (desirable). Strong understanding of social media platforms, including data analysis, content creation, and design direction. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Ability to clearly communicate briefs and social strategy requirements. Energetic team player, proactive in working with wider marketing functions. Ability to work independently when required Ability to use spreadsheets to analyse data and identify trends. Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices. Strong copywriting skills, able to communicate complex ideas effectively. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. High level of attention to detail. Well organised, conscientious, and self-motivated. Flexible approach to working hours; some weekend work may be required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
