What you'll do
As a Graduate Analyst, you'll:
Analyse and interpret large, complex datasets to identify patterns and insights.
Gain proficiency in ORH's bespoke simulation and optimisation modelling software.
Communicate your findings to colleagues and stakeholders.
Contribute ideas to improve our processes and ways of working.
Manage your own workload while collaborating closely with the team.
Drive your own development by learning new software, models and analysis techniques.
What we're looking for
We're seeking graduates who are:
Highly numerate with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel (essential).
Familiar with, or keen to learn, Data Visualisation Software (Tableau), Database Management (SQL), Programming Languages (Python or R), GIS or simulation modelling.
Clear communicators who can explain findings to different audiences.
Curious, self-motivated and able to manage their own time effectively.
Collaborative and enthusiastic about working on projects with real social impact.

What we offer
Salary:
30,000-37,500.
