WHAT YOU WILL DO

We're seeking a Graduate to join our Enterprise Solutions team as an Application Support Analyst. You'll help resolve incidents and service requests for key IT applications, working collaboratively to support business -critical systems you will;
Resolve incidents and service requests in line with agreed policy, process and service level agreements
Support master data maintenance activities owned by the Application Support team
Gather and structure information about the issue from the requester and escalate to third line support if required
Work with external service providers as required
This is an exciting opportunity for graduates with a strong communications skills coupled with a customer-oriented approach, and a desire to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

We're looking for an ambitious individual who's on the lookout for an organisation where you can thrive and grow. To be considered, you should have:
A degree or predicted degree in IT (2:1), together with
Three A levels (or equivalent) at grade A - C or equivalent Minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 4 - 9 including Maths and English
The right to work in the UK for the duration of the Graduate Programme
