What you'll be doing

As a Graduate Apprentice Pre-Construction Manager, you'll be acting as a trainee site manager for construction projects. You'll gain experience in managing construction sites, coordinating teams, and ensuring safety. It's about understanding the complexities of construction management. You'll learn project management, site operations, and leadership skills.

Who we're looking for

For a Graduate Level Apprenticeship (GLA), you'll need up to three relevant Highers or equivalent at passing grades. This programme offers a mix of practical experience and theoretical learning, with a focus on more technical or specialized roles to help you build expertise.



Over the duration of your Apprenticeship, you will be most likely studying a Graduate Apprenticeship in Construction Management on a day release basis.



This role involves regular site-based visits, including travel on-site and between locations. Before joining Balfour Beatty, you must hold a full UK driver's license.
