As a Project Engineer Apprentice, you will be involved in supporting and delivering a variety of engineering and manufacturing projects from concept to completion. You'll work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams, contributing to real-world solutions that improve our products, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects within budget and timelines.
Assist in the development and review of technical specifications and documentation.
Collaborate with production, design, and quality teams to implement engineering solutions.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
Track project progress, maintain records, and help prepare reports and presentations.
Follow all safety and compliance procedures in accordance with company policies.
What We're Looking For
A strong interest in engineering and project management.
A minimum of 4 Highers (or equivalent), including Maths and a science or technical subject gained in 2025.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Logical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
Ability to manage time and work to deadlines.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and take on responsibility.
