What does the role involve?
As part of our Customer Experience Team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service throughout their journey with us. Reporting to the Customer & Business Support Manager, you will:

• Manage all in-life customer service activities - including early terminations, refunds, reschedules, and unwind processes
• Handle customer and supplier queries with professionalism via phone and written correspondence
• Provide in-life support for all Mitsubishi HC Capital products, including invoicing and maintenance payments
• Assist with resolving customer complaints and identifying opportunities for process improvement

What are we looking for?

• A recent graduate with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations
• Knowledge of French, Italian or another European language is highly desirable
