Location:

London - With flexibility to travel across the region


Starting Salary:

30,000 per annum


Pathway:

Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA 38k


Starting date:

What you will be responsible for?





As a Graduate Bid Writer, you'll be working within the Pre-construction team to win work across our target sectors: education, healthcare, commercial and residential. You will play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and developing quality written content, which will help us articulate our proposals to clients in the best possible way. This role is designed for a recent graduate eager to launch a career in bid management.


What will your day-to-day duties include?




Assisting in the overall management and coordination of construction tenders from start to finish Supporting the Preconstruction Managers in developing written content for our bids, putting technical information in a style appropriate for clients Working with the business development, marketing and project lead to develop a win strategy, and weave win themes throughout the bid Participating in site visits to learn about our projects and gather project data, evidence and case studies for use in our bids and marketing materials Supporting the development of the bid library and contributing to our collateral Attend client and consultant meetings relevant to your bid responses, to test and develop the solution with our technical teams Shadow our commercial, estimating, planning, design and engineering teams to discover more about these critical roles and opportunities for your career.
