Graduate level - Biddable Advertising Executive - Leeds
Join a leading global media group with offices across the UK & Ireland, delivering campaigns for some of the world's most exciting brands, on a misstion to make a meaningful difference for the brands, the businesses, and the people we work with. You'll be joining the performance-driven digital marketing division, where data meets creativity and no two days are the same.

• Kick-start your career in a global media group with hands-on training from industry experts.
• Work on live campaigns for well-known brands, learning the ins and outs of paid social advertising from day one.
• Be part of a supportive team in the Leeds office, with hybrid working and a clear pathway for progression.

As Biddable Executive (with an emphasis on Paid Social), your responsibilities will include:
Helping to set up and launch paid social and programmatic campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Monitoring live campaigns, spotting opportunities, and suggesting tweaks to boost performance.
Tracking budgets and performance daily, making sure campaigns hit their targets.
Gathering data and contributing to reports, presentations, and campaign wrap-ups.
Building great working relationships with client teams to share insights and ideas.
Getting involved in client and team meetings to learn, contribute, and grow.
Expanding your skills in all things paid media through our structured training programme.
You:
Are excited by digital marketing, social media, and the world of online advertising.
Communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person.
Enjoy solving problems and have great attention to detail.
Are comfortable working with numbers and data to make decisions.
Can juggle tasks, stay organised, and follow processes.
Think creatively and are always keen to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Have basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or are keen to learn fast).
