Who are we looking for?

This person will be responsible for the accurate and timely billing and cost reconciliation of specific products.



What will you be doing day-to-day?

Accurate and timely billing of specific products Timely reconciliation of suppler invoices Accurate reporting of cost Continually developing and improving the completeness and efficiency of billing tasks, in conjunction with the wider Billing team. Ensuring that all process documentation is up to date and that knowledge is shared sufficiently within the team to provide a resilient service. Providing reports to support sales, product, accounts and commercial teams to drive business decisions

What you'll need:

Good problem-solving skills - relational as well as technical Strong relationships within the team The ability to maintain up to date records of projects and their progress. Detailed technical understanding of some billing systems and procedures (desirable) Good technical skills - SQL, Power BI, Excel, Python (desirable)
