What youll do

  • Join Henkel's Adhesives team as a Brand Marketing Graduate.
  • Work with iconic brands such as Sellotape, Loctite, Unibond No More Nails.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market through analysis of market data and competitor activity.
  • Assist with NPD: assist with the coordination of internal processes related to set-up and design of new products.
  • Liaise with agency partners (PR, creative), to support the management of campaigns.
  • Work with the digital team to create local digital assets across styling brands and ensure the brands are at the forefront of digital opportunities (social media, e-commerce, brand websites)
  • Help coordinate with the Sales and Category team to influence key launches and sales promotional activity.
  • Identify emerging trends that can lead to commercial opportunities.
What makes you a good fit
  • You should graduate in 2026 (or no more than two years prior) with a Bachelor, Masters (or equivalent) degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Previous experience in a multinational FMCG company is an advantage.
  • Positivity and a high energy level.
  • Passion for marketing and digital.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Computer literate and confident with the MS Office suite and other computer systems.
