The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor will play a vital role in the day-to-day delivery of projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior professionals across the business. The Graduate Building Surveyor's Role
Your role will include:
Supporting on both professional and project work across a range of sectors
Collaborating with experienced surveyors and consultants to deliver work to a high standard, on time and within budget
Assisting in business development efforts through client engagement and cross-selling opportunities
Developing strong client relationships and helping to identify further work opportunities from existing commissions
The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor Will Have
Qualifications:
A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Key Attributes:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
An analytical mindset and proactive approach to solving problems
A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
A collaborative nature and enthusiasm for learning within a team-based environment
