The role:
As a BDR, you'll be the engine behind new business growth. You'll connect with decision-makers, uncover challenges, and book qualified meetings for senior sales professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
Outbound prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, and email
Running targeted campaigns to engage key stakeholders
Using lead generation tools to identify new opportunities
Building the sales pipeline
Understanding client pain points and offering tailored solutions
Maintaining accurate CRM records
Collaborating with the wider sales team to drive results
