What you'll be doing:
Supporting the executive team to deliver innovative, high-quality services.
Analysing data and turning it into practical recommendations for change.
Communicating clearly with staff, partners, and stakeholders.
Supporting teams to improve how they work, solve problems, and deliver for patients.
Developing your leadership and management skills with hands-on experience.
What we're looking for:
Great communication skills - confident writing reports, presenting ideas, and working with others.
An analytical mindset with strong numeracy skills - able to spot patterns in data and think critically.
A positive, proactive approach - willing to take ownership and see things through.
Interest in healthcare, change management, or improving services.
A degree (any discipline considered, but business, health, or management-related is a bonus).
