Role Overview:

As a Graduate Chartered Surveyor, you will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining invaluable hands-on experience across residential and commercial property sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with property valuations, surveys, and inspections.

Collaborate with clients, providing expert advice and guidance.

Support senior surveyors with project management tasks.

Conduct research and analysis to aid property appraisals.

Ensure compliance with RICS regulations and standards.

Prepare detailed reports and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

A recent graduate with a degree accredited by RICS.

A keen interest in property surveying and the real estate market.

Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning.

Full UK driving license (preferred).
