We are looking for a

Graduate Civil Engineer, recently graduated from a UK University

to relocate to either our Madrid or Seville offices via our

Graduate Worldwide Programme

, contributing to the design and delivery of innovative civil structural solutions across commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Doing




We are looking to expand our team with a Graduate Civil Engineer to relocate and join either our Madrid or Seville teams and participate in major civil engineering projects through our Graduate Worldwide Program.

Contribute to civil engineering designs across a variety of challenging, high-profile projects ? Work on both

permanent and temporary works

, ensuring all solutions are robust, creative, and buildable Solve real-world engineering problems with a blend of creativity and technical knowledge Assist with tender documentation and contribute to project bids Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within project scope ? Monitor design standards, health & safety, legal, and environmental compliance

The main location for the roles is Madrid, but if a candidate is particularly interested in being based in Seville, we're open to that as well.


Spanish is not required for these roles, all tasks can be carried out in English. If they're interested, we can offer Spanish classes, completely optional.

Requirements:

What You Bring



Must-Haves:




? A minimum 2:1 degree (BEng or MEng) in

Civil or Structural Engineering




? Solid knowledge of civil and structural design in

steel

and

reinforced concrete,

with an interest in either Civil Structures and/or Hydraulic Works


? Confident using relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Tekla, ETABS, Revit, etc.)


? Strong report-writing and presentation skills


? A commitment to continuous learning and achieving

Chartered status




? Understanding of current

Codes of Practice

,

Eurocodes

, and

Health & Safety regulations




? Effective communicator--able to build strong relationships with clients and teams alike


? Full availability for international mobility/expatriation: Spain (Madrid, Seville or Barcelona)


? Understanding of relevant Codes of Practice, European electrical standards, and Health & Safety regulations


? Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with clients and colleagues


? Full international mobility and willingness to relocate to

Madrid or Seville (or Barcelona)



Desirable:




?? Internship or placement experience in civil infrastructure and/or civil/structural engineering designs.


?? A strong interest in

civil infrastructure and/or hydraulic works




?? Ambition, curiosity, and a proactive approach to learning and development
