Who are we looking for?
We're searching for a recent or soon-to-be graduate who's ready to launch a career in data-driven customer success, delivering best-in-class service to clients.
Ideally, you've done some customer-facing work and enjoy turning data into a clear story. You're also comfortable taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through.

Role requirements
Some experience in a customer-facing role
A degree or equivalent qualification
A-Level (or equivalent) in a STEM subject
Good reasoning skills and the ability to make data actionable
Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
Excellent attention to detail
A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
A motivated self-starter who can prioritise effectively
What you'll be doing
Working directly with our Data & Insight Executive, and supporting the wider team, you'll be responsible for providing a great client experience, including:
Supporting client reporting, and ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard and on time
Successfully resolving client queries and helping with client engagement
Promoting New Possible, including delivery of our social media plan
Other ad-hoc duties as required
What we offer
22-25k dependent on experience
Clear progression path, including fully-funded courses
Hybrid working (4 days in the office per week, reducing to 3 days after a year)
