About the Role:
As a Graduate Corporate Finance Executive at Xeinadin, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to high-profile transactions and gaining hands-on experience from day one. You will assist in delivering successful outcomes for our clients, while developing the technical and commercial skills needed for a career in Corporate Finance.
Main Responsibilities:
Support senior colleagues on corporate finance transactions from inception to completion.
Contribute to the preparation of Information Memoranda and buyer research.
Assist with financial forecasts, business plans, and financial modelling.
Gain exposure to client meetings and negotiations.
Help drive business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications:
A 2:1 or higher degree in Accountancy, Economics, Maths, Business, or a related discipline.
Motivation to pursue ACA or ACCA qualifications.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work methodically.
Proficiency in Excel and standard IT software packages.
