are currently recruiting forCover Supervisors and Graduate Teaching Assistants
to join their teams. These roles are ideal for graduates or individuals who are confident working with young people and want to develop classroom skills.Responsibilities:
Supervising lessons in the absence of the teacher Supporting students in completing their work Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Building positive relationships with students and staff Supporting with small group and 1:1 interventions where required
What you'll need:
A minimum of
6 weeks' experience
working with children or young people A validDBS on the Update Service
Safeguarding training
that is up to date Strong communication skills, confidence, and reliabilityPay:
from89 per day
for TA work and from110 per day
for Cover Supervisor roles.We offer both full-time and part-time positions, and you'll be supported by a dedicated consultant who will match you to the right schools.
