CRM Solutions Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a talented CRM Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role combines technical expertise with customer-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions using our proprietary CRM platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between customer needs and technical implementation, designing and configuring solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Requirements Gathering
Handle customer support tickets and provide timely, effective solutions
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs
Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design and propose solutions that align with customer objectives
System Configuration & Development
Configure and customise our CRM platform to meet specific client requirements, utilising SQL, Javascript and C#
Create and modify system workflows and business processes utilising Business Process Management Notation (BPMN)
Build custom features and functionalities within the platform
Integrate third-party applications and systems when required
Project Delivery & Training
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Conduct user training sessions and create documentation
Perform thorough testing of implemented solutions
Provide post-implementation support and maintenance
Required Skills & Experience
Strong SQL proficiency and database design experience
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms
Experience with CRM systems and business process automation
Excellent documentation skills
Desired Skills
Experience with CRM systems and business process automation
Experience with C# and .NET development
Experience with Microsoft Azure
JavaScript knowledge
Business Process Management (BPM) expertise
Experience with API integrations
Understanding of agile methodologies
Previous experience in a customer-facing technical role

Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
