Contract Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Department:

Customer Experience, Digital and Insight

About The New Homes Group

The New Homes Group is the UK's leading new homes mortgage specialist, helping thousands of customers each year take their first steps towards homeownership. We're proud of our long-standing partnerships with many of the UK's top housebuilders and our dedicated team of professionals who make it all possible.

As part of our continued growth, we're looking for two ambitious graduates to join our Marketing team. You'll be part of a fast-paced, creative environment that supports our brands — New Homes Mortgage Helpline, TORC24, New Homes Mortgage Scotland, Mortgage Bureau, Partridge Mortgage Services, IMH and our Part Exchange Business — in delivering engaging, high-quality marketing that connects with customers and strengthens relationships with our housebuilder partners.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who want to build a career in project management, marketing, communications, and digital innovation.
You'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of customer experience — from digital campaigns and data analysis to design, PR, and client engagement.

Working closely with the wider customer experience team, you'll help deliver the full marketing mix that supports both our customers and our housebuilder clients.

Depending on your strengths and interests, you may focus more on either:

Digital Customer Experience

— helping to manage projects, create content, manage web updates, develop nurture journeys, and analyse campaign performance; or

Housebuilder Business Development

— supporting our client relationships, helping deliver co-branded campaigns, and ensuring our partners' marketing activity aligns with our shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage key projects from inception to production. Assist with the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, email journeys, and customer communications. Update and maintain content across multiple brand websites using CMS tools. Design and edit marketing materials, including digital assets, social media posts, and printed collateral, in line with brand guidelines. Support the creation of marketing journeys and automations in our CRM platform. Liaise with housebuilder clients to coordinate co-branded campaigns, approvals, and event support. Contribute ideas to improve how we communicate with customers and partners. Assist with reporting on marketing performance, helping identify trends and opportunities. Support with press releases, internal communications, and PR activity. Ensure all materials are accurate, compliant and aligned with our brand standards. Provide general marketing administration and support to the wider team.

About You

We're not expecting you to know everything already — we're looking for curiosity, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Essential Skills & Attributes

A recent graduate (any discipline considered, ideally marketing, communications, business, or design-related). A genuine interest in marketing, digital technology, and customer experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good attention to detail and a creative eye. Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Organised and able to manage multiple tasks with support. A proactive attitude and a team-focused approach.

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience with website content management systems (e.g. WordPress or similar). Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva. Basic understanding of email marketing or CRM platforms. Familiarity with social media management or analytics tools.

What You'll Gain

Full training and ongoing support from an experienced marketing team. The chance to develop real-world marketing and communications skills. Exposure to a wide range of marketing disciplines in a fast-growing national brand. Career development and progression opportunities within The New Homes Group and the wider Connells Group. * A friendly, collaborative and supportive workplace where your ideas are encouraged.
