Graduate Submarines Design Engineer

We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 5 days per week.

Salary:

34,000 + 2,000 Welcome Bonus

What you'll be doing:

You'll be developing and designing throughout the Submarine lifecycle. CAD modelling and drawing of all aspects of Submarine design including External and Internal Steelwork, Electrical Systems, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Mechanical Piping Systems, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. Working alongside colleagues, engineers, the customer, suppliers, and other areas of the business. Working on one of our Designer on one of the current programmes within BAE Submarines (Astute, Dreadnought or SSNA). Taking full ownership of planned deliverables and responsible for liaising with operations and other cross platform functions.
