We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graduate Design Intern to join our in-house creative studio. This is an ideal opportunity for a design graduate looking to take their first professional step in a fast-moving environment, supporting a broad range of creative outputs across digital and print.
Working under the guidance of the Studio Manager, you'll gain real-world experience delivering design work across multiple brands, campaigns and formats. From social graphics to signage, leaflets to motion design, you'll help bring our communications to life with high-quality, engaging creative.
You'll use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and emerging AI technologies to support production and bring fresh energy and new ideas to the team. In return, we'll support your development, provide mentoring, and give you the space to build a strong portfolio

Key Responsibilities:-
Support the delivery of design work across the Lampton Group, including Lampton Leisure, Lampton Homes, and Lampton Services.
Assist with the creation of digital assets for social media, email marketing, web, and internal platforms.
Help design and format print materials including flyers, signage, event collateral and reports.
Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) to produce brand-aligned creative.
Support the Studio Manager in applying and maintaining brand guidelines across all outputs.
Learn and use AI tools (such as Adobe Firefly or Canva AI) to support efficiency and creativity.
Organise and maintain shared design files, templates and asset libraries.
Respond to briefs from the marketing and communications team and take feedback constructively.
Assist with photo or video shoots, content creation sessions or live event coverage as needed.
Take an active interest in design trends and bring new ideas to the studio's work.
Experience & Qualifications:-
A degree (or equivalent qualification) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media or a related field.
A portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of layout and branding.
Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Familiarity with Canva and a willingness to learn and use AI-based design tools.
A keen eye for visual storytelling, accessibility and strong layout.
Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and work on multiple briefs at once.
Positive attitude, curiosity and openness to feedback and growth.
Enthusiasm for working as part of a team and contributing to shared goals.
Interest in design for public services, social value, or community-led campaigns.
* Willingness to travel across sites within the Borough of Hounslow as needed.
