Bristol Airport is undergoing a bold 400m transformation to elevate the experience for every passenger. As part of this exciting investment, we're seeking a motivated Graduate Project Manager to join our development & infrastructure team. You'll play a key role in the Airports growth, supporting the project management team to ensure the delivery of all projects to time and budget, through effective planning, collaboration and communication. You'll have ample opportunity to learn and develop your career. Working alongside a diverse team of experienced project and senior project managers who have played integral roles in the recent and on-going large scale development of the Airports infrastructure, whilst planning for a sustainable, net zero carbon future. If you are educated to degree level or the equivalent in a relevent discipline ( project managment, engineering or similar) and are looking for a new challenge in 2026, this role could be for you.

What you'll be doing:

You'll plan projects and create phasing plans, ensuring the impact on airport operations is fully considered and mitigated;

You'll build excellent stakeholder relationships to enable you to undertake contractor consultations and oversee and manage contractors on site in line with our standards.

You'll assist senior project managers in delivering projects including preparation of progress reports, programme management and coordination of works; and work toward personally manage smaller projects (up to 1m) from inception to handover;

You'll work closely with internal teams, acting as the intermediary, building a thorough understanding of how the Airport operates

And you'll provide administrative support and cover for other areas within the department as and when required;

About you:

We're looking for someone who is motivated, willing to learn and excited about the development at Bristol Airport.

You'll be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevent discipline and have excellent planning and prioritisation skills.

Your ability to confidently build effective and professional working relationships is key as you will be required to oversee contractors on site and work closely with internal and external stakeholders

You'll have a can do attitude with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, alongside sound system, literacy and numeracy abilities.
