We're looking for a motivated Graduate Digital Learning Developer (2D/3D) to join our Digital Learning Team and contribute to our continued success.



The successful candidate will work closely with other Digital Learning Developers and Instructional Designers to create engaging 2D and 3D digital /eLearning content. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to gain hands-on experience in the digital /eLearning industry and contribute to the development of high-quality digital /eLearning content.

You'll work from home and travel to work collaboratively on occasion, typically within the Bristol area, being in the South West is preferred.

The Role



The Graduate Digital Learning Developer will join our delivery focussed Digital Learning Team. As part of our busy and growing Training Solutions service providing specialist analysis, design and development of digital /eLearning you'll jump into a variety of tasks supporting specific organisational requirements in technical and safety critical industries, including:

Supporting customers and colleagues proactively in the design and development of high quality 2D and 3D digital/eLearning Working to customer standards, configuring digital /eLearning to run on the customer's LMS Applying accessibility standards to 2D and 3D digital /eLearning objects considering accessibility needs Supporting cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and developing media-rich digital /eLearning content Contributing guidance on the best methods for converting requirements into really engaging digital /eLearning Increasing knowledge of digital/eLearning methods to create engaging digital /eLearning An ambassador for digital /eLearning, positively promoting to colleagues Contributing to the implementation of creative strategies for enhancing digital /eLearning engagement, including interactive elements and multimedia objects Contributing to the identification of eLearning key areas of improvement and supporting the delivery of the improvement plan Maintaining quality of 2D and 3D digital /eLearning objects ensuring high quality delivery and effective digital/eLearning content

Skills & experience



Essential



A degree in Modelling and Animation (or similar) An understanding of the design and delivery of engaging content for learning and /or training online. This will include: Experience of 3ds Max and Unity software to include texturing, rigging, animation, lighting and rendering Experience in achieving excellent composition, cinematography and attention to detail Experience of editing Premiere Pro, After Effects etc. in the creation of 2D animation An understanding of developing digital /eLearning objects for integration within learning management systems (LMS') employing as a minimum both SCORM and xAPI standards Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality Good communication and collaboration skills with a strong client focus Good organisational and time management skills Self-motivated, able to work independently and remotely Commitment to learning, eager to work and develop in a fast-paced environment Experience of working with Microsoft Office 365 Portfolio or examples showcasing relevant modelling and animation work or coursework Current right to live and work in the UK Current SC clearance or willing and eligible to undergo a Security Clearance check This is a hybrid role, so a willingness and ability to work from home and travel for client engagements, including overnight stays away from home around the UK when required is essential.

An understanding of LMS' such as MOODLE An understanding of emerging trends in digital /eLearning, virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) An understanding of project management and ways of working to achieve results
