We're a fast-growing performance marketing agency based in leafy Islington, London, and we're on a mission to become Europe's leading independent performance marketing agency within the next 10 years.

We're looking for a Graduate Digital Marketing Executive to help us deliver high-performing paid media campaigns for ambitious brands.

You'll be joining a collaborative team of performance marketers, including founders with experience running their own companies and working at some of the UK's top performance agencies.

This is a London-based role. You'll be expected to work in our Islington office on

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

About the Graduate Scheme

We run a rolling graduate programme and are always looking for smart, curious people to join.

In your first few months, you'll receive intensive, hands-on training from some of the best minds in digital marketing. You'll be assigned a personal mentor, and learn everything you need to know to run high-performing paid media campaigns using Meta, TikTok and Google Ads, and maybe even a few others!

This initial period will be analytics-heavy, giving you the foundations to understand the platforms and interpret performance data. Over time, the role will evolve into a roughly 50/50 split between analytical and client-facing work.

You'll finish your training by becoming Meta certified and taking on responsibility for your own client accounts.

After 6 months, you'll likely be managing multiple accounts and presenting directly to clients.
