We're looking for a motivated and tech-savvy

Graduate Dynamics 365 Developer

to join our IT team, supporting the Cavello Group of companies with our internal IT systems - primarily Microsoft Dynamics. Whether you're just starting out or building on a foundation of technical skills, this is a great opportunity to grow in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

What you'll be doing:

Providing 1st and 2nd-line support across our Dynamics 365 suite, including portals, Business Central, CRM, HR, Project Services, and Customer Service Insight. Administering and enhancing our Microsoft Dynamics systems - planning, testing, and deploying solutions. Working with both internal teams and external partners to design and deliver custom Dynamics developments. Creating documentation, support materials, and training resources for users across the business. Logging and resolving support tickets in line with SLAs, escalating issues where needed. Creating insightful reports and KPIs to drive continuous improvement. Managing user-level system changes such as custom fields, workflows, and dashboards. Supporting data cleansing and administrative tasks to maintain system integrity.

What we're looking for:

Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science, Computing or related field.

OR

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 PL200 (minimum), PL400 (preferred or studying towards).

Experience & Knowledge:

Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics platforms (customization, support, or training - personal or academic). Some experience with testing processes and test planning. Interest in developing expertise in Dynamics CRM customisation and lo-code development tools. Desirable: Familiarity with JavaScript, C#, Microsoft admin tools, Agile project management, and business analysis.

Skills & Traits:

Strong communication and customer service skills - able to support users at all levels. Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage workload and deadlines. Confident working both independently and as part of a team. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic IT environment.
