Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant: Essential Criteria
Academic Excellence:

• Recent graduate from a top-tier university (2:1 or above preferred)
• Ideally in Psychology, Education, Early Childhood Development, or related fields
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Other degree disciplines welcomed for exceptional candidates
