The Engineering programme will involve rotations and specialisms across some of our Engineering functions over a two-year period including a selection from Systems Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering, Product verification in Environmental Test, Programmes and Product Support. You'll explore different learning experiences, developing different areas of expertise, and joining other graduates who will also experience the programme.

After this period of training, you will assume a role ideally in one of the functions you've successfully delivered within.
Who we're looking for
We're looking for people who are curious; who enjoy solving problems. We want people who want to learn, and can apply their academic knowledge and experiences.
If you are a self-starter: A person to challenge and improve the processes you interact with while being comfortable working and collaborating within a team, with the capability to plan and organise work - then this is for you!
You will ideally have excellent written reporting and verbal communication skills and be happy dealing with innovation, detailed analysis and problem solving.
Education & Qualifications:
A relevant Engineering degree, 2.1 or higher
+ Ideally Aerospace, Aeronautical or Mechanical Relevant 'A' Levels or equivalent
Knowledge & Experience:
Some relevant work experience would be beneficial, for example, Summer Placements and/or Year in Industry Placements
